First Baptist Church,

Thanks so much for the beautiful pulpit flowers that Terry and Sharon brought me in the hospital.  Also I was so glad to get to take Communion they brought to me.  It is taking me longer than expected to get over my hospital stay.  Thanks for the phone calls and cards and visits by Pastor Steve. Thankful for such a caring church at First Baptist .

Dear Volunteers,

A note to say “Thank You” for  your thoughtfulness and generously giving your time to help the Dove Children’s Clothing Room get ready for a new season.  On Sunday, March 30^th all the wonderful volunteers pitched in to sort and hang the Spring and Summer clothes to enable us to be ready to go on Monday morning.  The Dove’s Children’s Clothing Room provides good used clothing and new socks and underwear for the children in our community.  During 2007 we served 2536 children, which clearly indicates this valuable service is truly needed in our community.  And, we are well on our way to increase that number this year.  Thank you for being a part of that success.   Your willingness to share with the community is very much appreciated.
