Discipleship

Discipleship is the process of growing deeper into God.  It is both an individual activity and a community endeavor.  We encourage members of our congregation to practice personal discipleship and we offer opportunities for people to come together to grow together.

  • Bible Study - After our worship experience on Sunday morning, bible study opportunities are available for all ages at 10:45 a.m. At present, there are seven adult classes offering unique and varied approaches to bible study.  Some classes are soley bible based, some use a quarterly, and others use elective materials focusing on different topics.   There are classes for children of every age as well.

  • Grace Groups - Our small groups are set up in such a way that groups meet for six to eight weeks for study, prayer and fellowship.  On occasion, grace groups come together for a "community grace group" that is based around a meal and bible study.

  • House of Prayer - A group of prayer servants meet together on Sunday evenings for a little study and a lot of prayer.

  • H2O Children's Ministry - Our Sunday morning educational experience for our children is called H20. Children begin their morning in worship and are dismissed for Bible stories, Bible skills, crafts, fellowship and praise.

  • Pulse Youth Ministry - Our youth ministry is led by our Minister of Youth.  Group meetings, studies, concerts, retreats, service projects, the dreaded lock-in and participation in church life are a part of the youth ministry experience

  • Wednesday Morning Women's Bible Study - Women of all ages gather together to study the scriptures and learn the ways of discipleship.
